# How to I get an xml bible for the ESV?

I’m (also) interested in being able to efficiently display verses from the ESV Bible in Quelea. It’s looking like Crossway may have modified access to their Bible version in such a way that an xml format is not generally available for that purpose. Perhaps there is a way to use the REST Interface they mention on their website to allow Quelea to display the ESV Bible within their updated parameters.

A solution found! It’s based on another contributor’s helpful response that works for the NIV Bible:
