Are there any plans to have MIDI automation added to Quelea? Or are there any workarounds? MY church is planning to start using Ableton Live 10 to automate lights and pads, and I was wondering if we could automate the slides also.

On Quelea Github, a request for this has been registered:

>
> Some other projection packages have the ability to enable remote control via configurable midi messages - these messages could be sent...

Awesome! Thanks for the heads up. It’s cool to see the progress of this project. Maybe someday I can stop asking and start helping haha.

It would be a really great feature to be able connect to a local midi device and recieve notes or command changes as next slide, previes slide, next item, previous item, clear and blackout. From there every user can decide if they uses RTP midi to remotely controll it or an OSC translator or directly run the midi track on the same machine with a loopback solution.
