My computer is an x86 based PC, running Windows 7. Which version of Quelea will work best on my computer? Currently running 2018.1, but it has begun randomly refusing to open, now matter what I try.

If your system doesn’t support a 64 bits operating system like Windows 7 64 bits or superior you are unable to run an updated Quelea version because 2018.1 was the last one with 32 bits support.

You should be able to install the latest version using the cross-platform installer if you have installed Java manually first. See the links I added in this other post just a few minutes ago:

> There’s no x86 Windows build for the latest release at the moment. You can still install Quelea 2018.1 x86 if you want. However, if you [install Java 8 manually](https://www.oracle.com/java/technologies/jre8-downloads.html), you should be able to install the latest version using the [cross-platform version](https://github.com/quelea-projection/Quelea/releases/download/v2019.1/quelea-2019.1-crossplatform-install.jar).

If it’s not opening, you should [locate the debug log](https://quelea-projection.github.io/docs/Debug_log) and send it to us so that we could try to identify the problem.
